Can the price change after you arrive?
The calculator shows an estimate built from our average of similar places. The amount can differ for your case: how dirty it is, the condition of the surfaces, access and the scope of work. It is not a hard fixed sum — the manager confirms the exact price before the cleaning starts, with no surprises afterwards.
What if a checklist item gets missed?
We come back and fix it free of charge. That is what the photo report is for: you see every area and check it against the list.
Do I need to prepare cleaning supplies?
No. The cleaner arrives with professional products and equipment. If you have preferences about the products, add them in the order comment.
Can you clean today?
Yes, if a crew is free. A same-day booking adds 15% to the price — there is a tick box for it in the calculator.
Is there a discount for regular cleaning?
Yes. Two cleanings a month — 10% off, four — 15% off. The discount comes with the schedule: tick “I want regular cleaning” in the calculator and the manager will lock it in when confirming the order.
