Standard cleaning removes what has built up over a week or two and follows a short checklist. Deep cleaning takes on months of build-up: limescale in the bathroom, grease on kitchen fronts, dust on high surfaces and behind cabinets. It takes two to three times longer and needs different chemistry.

When deep cleaning is needed and when standard is enough

Is window cleaning part of a deep clean?
No, windows are charged separately — ₴99 per m² of glazing. That is fairer: in an apartment with floor-to-ceiling glazing the windows take longer than everything else put together.
Can I book a deep clean for an office?
Yes. For an office up to 100 m² the same per-area pricing applies. For anything larger, or for a recurring contract, the manager prepares a separate quote — send a request and mention that it is an office.
