Construction dust is a fine abrasive suspension that keeps settling for several more days. Washed straight away it turns into streaks and is ground into the fresh finish. That is why the work runs in two passes: dry dust collection with an industrial vacuum first, water only after that.

When to call the team in
The best moment is once all the wet work is finished and the heavy waste is gone, but before the furniture arrives. An empty apartment is quicker and cheaper to clean, and once furniture is in place some surfaces become unreachable.

How much does post-renovation cleaning cost in Dnipro?

Do you remove construction waste?
We bag small debris and carry it to the bin. Large fragments — tiles, plasterboard, dismantled structures — and transport to a landfill are not included in the rate: that is a separate service with different equipment.
How long does post-renovation cleaning take?
A two-room apartment of about 60 m² normally takes the team a full working day. The work runs in two passes and they cannot be cut: wet cleaning over uncollected dust leaves streaks.
Do I need to be there?
No, access is enough. When the work is done the team sends a photo report and the job is accepted on that basis. If you would rather accept it in person, tell the manager and we will fit the arrival window around you.
What if the dust is back the next day?
That is normal: the remaining suspension keeps settling for another two or three days, especially if work is still going on in the apartment. This is why it makes sense to schedule the final clean close to your move-in date rather than right after the decorators leave.
