How much apartment cleaning costs in Dnipro and Odesa
A look at what makes up the price of a cleaning, why the same floor area can cost different amounts and how to work out the total before you call.
The cost of cleaning an apartment comes down to three things: the type of cleaning, the floor area and any extra work. In Dnipro and Odesa standard cleaning of a one-bedroom apartment starts at ₴1990, deep cleaning is ₴89 per m² with a ₴3490 minimum order, and post-renovation cleaning is ₴189 per m².
Two pricing models: by room and by area
Standard cleaning is priced as a room package: the package already includes an area limit, and as long as you stay inside it the price is fixed. Deep and post-renovation cleaning are priced per square metre — there the volume of work grows with the area almost in a straight line.
- Room package: from ₴1990 for an apartment up to 40 m²
- Above the package limit — ₴35 for every extra square metre
- Deep cleaning: ₴89 per m², but never less than ₴3490 per visit
- Post-renovation: ₴189 per m², but never less than ₴5990 per visit
Why deep cleaning has a minimum order
Whatever the floor area, a team with equipment and products has to travel to the property. Transport, loading, equipment wear and product use do not depend on whether it is thirty square metres or ninety. The minimum order covers that fixed part — which is why the cost per metre on a small apartment comes out above average.
- A ₴3490 minimum for deep cleaning
- A ₴5990 minimum for post-renovation cleaning
- A one-off clean of a small apartment almost always lands on the minimum
- A recurring schedule softens the effect: up to 15% off for four cleanings a month
What the extras are for
Extras are the jobs that cannot be spread across the floor area: either they are needed or they are not. Folding them into the per-metre rate would be unfair to everyone who does not need them.
- Oven, fridge interior, microwave, extractor hood — separate line items
- Balconies and cabinet interiors — separate, priced by how dirty they are
- Window cleaning — ₴99 per m² of glazing, measured by glass area, not floor area
- Same-day booking — plus 15% on the order total
How to check that the price you are quoted is fair
The mark of a transparent quote is that you can reproduce it yourself. If a company will not explain how the figure was reached and will not name it before a site visit, the odds of a recalculation on the doorstep are high.
- The package rate and the rate per metre are published, not “confirmed by phone”
- The minimum order and the over-limit surcharge are stated
- Extras are listed with prices, not left “depending on the situation”
- The total is fixed before the visit, not after the team is already in your apartment
How to work it out in advance
The calculator on the site builds an order in seven steps and shows the total straight away. It is an estimate: the manager confirms the final price after checking the details of the property — but you see the order of magnitude before any conversation.
- Pick the city and the type of property
- Set the type of cleaning and the floor area
- Tick the extra work and the date
- See the total and an estimated duration before you send the request
